This is an odd question
This week I bought meat at 2 different stores.
Both were butchered weird. Neither was noticeable through the packaging, The whole chicken I bought had almost it's entire leg quarter sliced off. The beef I bought was sliced lengthwise, 1/2 way across almost butterflied.
I believe it is because meat cutters, even if they have green cards are afraid to go to work.
Is this happening to anyone else?
