I've not posted a single word in support of ICE. And frankly, it's extremely offensive for you to imply such. Pointing out that ICE has undertaken the same role in past Olympics with zero incidents and that it has absolutely nothing to do with the criminal ICE agents terrorizing the US is just pointing out the truth. The ICE people in Italy won't even be on the streets

Agents from HSI are commonly stationed in embassies around the world to facilitate their investigations and build relations with local law enforcement in those countries. They conduct investigations into anything that has a cross-border element to it, from human smuggling to fentanyl trafficking to smuggling of cultural artifacts.

ICE/HSI agents have been present in Italy continuously for years.

Very few or none!

First of all it takes LOTS of cash to go to the Super Bowl, and the same for the Olympics. Do illegal immigrants have that? Not likely. Secondly considering that most illegals are coming from countries that don't even have American football, why would they be interested in our version of the sport? (They might care for soccer, but not our football.) Thirdly most illegal immigrants are coming from areas that don't ever see snow, and therefore they have zero interest in winter sports.

So why would ICE have any reason to disrupt the activities at the Super Bowl or at the Winter Olympics? Because they are ICE-holes, that's the only reason. Chump has to ruin everything because he can. And because he knows HE'S not welcome there.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement appears to be backing off its threat to patrol the Super Bowl later this year.

Unnamed sources speaking to TMZ reportedly told the outlet that the Department of Homeland Security will not be sending federal agents to conduct immigration operations at Super Bowl LX, which will take place at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California on February 8.

The DHS reportedly also said that ICE will not be present at any NFL-sponsored events across the city around the time of the Super Bowl.

The move, if true, is a stark reversal from its previous messaging, which insisted that there would be ICE agents present at the game.
