This - or suggesting grief counseling - should be a stock answer by Dems to all of Trump's shenanigans over 2020.
It creates a cost for Trump when he slides into more 2020 madness - his lack of mental stability is put front and center. When he casually reopens 2020 - we reframe it as a cry for psychological intervention and proof of his madness.
