I don't remember if it quoted Noem but I think it did. Anyway, the person quoted said that "80% of ICE would resign if they were forced to remove their masks."

Now why would that be? Are they ashamed of what they're doing? Do their mommies and daddies not know what they're doing? Or are they just scared little boys afraid of being doxxed? Which is it, boys? Answer up!

From federal employment in policing or enforcement jobs where they could have a personal conflict of interest.
There were questions raised as far back as 2005 with that reports gang members were joining the too quickly expanded with laughable oversight CBP/ICE to help the cartels.
A few years later, there were investigations into corruption in ICE and DHS that went nowhere due to whistleblowers mis- characterization of undercover operations to catch DHS gang members on the US side.
Sooo...yeah, they're masking to keep from being doxxed, but not because they're ashamed.
It's because "The Organization" does not quite have the political advantage yet to admit it's illegally hiring convicted criminals for enforcement ...
