that offer similar. Chick. Filla and In n out also have DEI.

For businesses DEI is a way to reach larger numbers of people for employment. It's beneficial to businesses.

in n out burger, whose owner just moved to TN because of CA taxes, and TN being a better place to bring up children? What am I missing?

in the San Diego area and I've seen a diversity of Costco employees at their stores. It's not that they're WOKE but know customers and they reflect the diversity of the area they're in. IOWs, it's just good business.
