Even Dubya , he of Iraq War infamy, was like "Dude, don't go there"

Yesterday trump claimed that a living US President praised his management of the Iran War and because it was trump saying it, he claimed that this "living US President" had said that they wished they had the courage to do it. Why not just say that the "President" in question called him "sir" and had tears in his eyes?

Now all of the former living Presidents have gone on record as saying that they have not even talked to trump about the war, let alone praised him.

What a needy, pathetic, childish, stupid creature he is.

but he was minimally better. He did not "punch down" like trump does and he was actually good at something. I recently saw an old video of him throwing a pitch at a MLB game, and he was actually good at it. Faint praise I know. Twenty years ago I never would have dreamed of having ANYTHING good to say about him.
