1. It was a good episode.

They certainly hired a huge man to act as one of the ICE agents, which was nicely symbolic of their overblow amount of power.

2. I saw it and that scene struck me

Because of the way ICE treated the nurse. It was incredibly prescient. It of course reminded me of Alex Pretti.

I hope HBO still has artistic freedom, since it was all be owned by that fossilized fascist fuck Ellison.

6. A male nurse.

It didn't occur to me at the time but that was clearly symbolic.

That show is very popular; I bet they can do as they wish.

5. I haven't watched it yet, but

I don't mind spoilers. I save them up until I can watch three or four at once.

But my oh my the social media has been interesting. There were a few "I can't watch this show anymore, it's too political!" followed by mass numbers of "Bye! Health care is political, so STFU!" and "I work in health care and this was really mild."

Can’t believe some would whine about it belong political. This is like complaining about the show being too diverse. Lol, for once I see a show that accurately reflects an urban hospital’s demographics.

9. Oh, I've heard about it from multiple sources

I'm an oddball in that I can enjoy things even when I know what's coming....the execution is the thing for me, not the surprise.

And yes, I also find it unbelievable that some don't get that healthcare is political, for so many reasons.

3. Also they showed several patients and many people in the waiting room

quietly getting up and leaving the hospital in fear.

Our nephew is a hospitalist, he says the storylines are the real deal
