An excellent and rational take on the elections last night

There are a lot of people in all parts of the Democratic Party who are extrapolating an awful lot based on three primaries in New York City. Moving 1.3% of the next Democratic caucus marginally leftward is neither A NEW TEA PARTY THAT WILL DESTROY US nor THE COMING OF THE INTERNATIONALE.

And when a butterfly flaps its wings…

The Dem party establishment will certainly fight tooth and nail to ensure this doesn’t become a nationwide trend, but nevertheless, I think Mr. Fecke is whistling past the graveyard.

win in November, which they probably will, they are only three of 435 members of the House. It's a very small shift, indeed, if it's actually a shift at all. Congratulations to the Primary winners, though. My best wishes for them.

I live in Minnesota, though, and can only vote in one Congressional district. The Democrat will win there, too, though.
