Newark airport halts flights as system fails again, traffic control problems continue

The mounting air traffic control problems at Newark Liberty International Airport caused aviation officials to implement a ground stop for flights on Sunday morning, the third such incident in the past two weeks.

The Federal Aviation Administration confirmed Sunday that there was a telecommunications outage that impacted communications and radar display at the Philadelphia Terminal Radar Approach Control center known as TRACON, which manages air traffic control in the airspace surrounding the Newark airport.

“The FAA briefly slowed aircraft in and out of the airport while we ensured redundancies were working as designed,’’ the FAA said in a statement. “Operations have returned to normal.’' FAA advisories show the ground stop lasted for about 45 minutes, according to a CNN report.

The report comes after 90-second-long radar and radio outages on Friday and on April 28. The airport’s Aging technology failed on April 28, creating a terrifying communications blackout between controllers and pilots. The blackout put one of the country’s busiest airports into a tailspin, with hundreds of flights canceled and delayed each day, leaving thousands of passengers stranded before yet another blackout happened Friday.

The news media needs to be reminding people how many FAA controllers, managers, technicians etc. etc. were fired by tRump and Eloon.

However, I'm totally convinced that events like these are planned. Spend a few months complaining about the failing ATC system before signing an executive order to privatize the FAA. One of the oligarchs most likely already has paid off tRump for the privilege to own our air traffic control system.

But it's all part of a planned breakdown of all defense systems and the grid.

A "TrumpStag" moment to take over and hand the reins to Putin.

IT CAN BE STOPPED.
