2. That's pretty much been the republican party since I was born

We all know how the republicans slowly welcomed the angry dicksy-crats after the 60s and the history of the Souther Strategy. Jumping ahead, maybe we know about how GWB wanted to use the Civil Rights division of the DOJ to investigate alleged discrimination against white voters. The only difference is reagan republicans did it every now and then with a smile and flowery language. The maga class does it every day with a laugh.
