Do you tip the owner of your hair salon if she is your stylist?

I have an appointment for my hair with a new person at my salon (my former one died suddenly). I usually would tip 20%. Is it the same if your stylist owns the salon?

5. Yes.I have known my beautician/barber/shop owner since she was a child.

I knew her parents, and her brother was a couple of years older than me. I wouldn't dream of not tipping her.
