Damn...it takes a while to recover 😔

Today I am still low energy and dizzy if I get up too fast.

I managed some food last night and tried to have some egg and stuff this morning, not a lot. But i got chai with oatmilk for protein too...and still lots of water 💦🌊💦

Another day of rest ..glad its a Saturday and nobody is expecting me to be anywhere lol

The medicine is got a half life that drops off pretty quick but supposedly stays in the body for 30 days so it's going to be a while.

It was one of those glp-1 injections... My dr thought it would help my sleep apnea and arthritis by taking some weight off ..
But I'm really only 50 lb overweight tops. I'm going to tell her when I see her on Monday that I can handle my own appetite and diet, I just need my joints and everything to feel better so I can move! I have back injections on 6.6 then I can restart physical therapy and hopefully feel more normal...

If I'm still pushing the funky feeling tomorrow or later today I might just do that. I am still watching my urine output and my joints are very crispy..
