You then lay it out flat to cook. Spatchcocking makes it cook more evenly and stay moister.

A pig shot is an appetizer. You make a shot glass from a sausage slice wrapped in bacon. You then pipe in a filing. Tonight's is cream cheese and pineapple.


As I say, I ain't here to help you loose weight.

and chopped-up baby parakeet.




At least that's what was making the rounds in 6th grade.

Of course, there were other variations.
