Catch-22. Damned if I do, damned if I don't...

And right now I can't.

A few days ago, one of my cards was for some reason zeroed out. Balance is below the max account number, but my recent bills are saying zero available credit. Have no idea why. Payments are up to date.

Well, something else, this was the account I had my autopay linked to for my phone. Today I get a text, they can't charge my account and can I log on to their website to add time? Sure, I think. But when I log in and try to change the account to charge to, the website won't let me.

Now, my phone is about to be shut off and their cheap ass website won't work.

...where you can go in person?

Ahead of that, if possible, make sure as much as you can to back up contacts, photos, etc. from your phone. And maybe contact your bank to put a watch on your card(s) and accounts, in case someone has hacked your account.

Some phones can do voice calls over wifi (if your home wifi is not the same account as your phone). That may allow you to still have some ability to get and make calls.

Hopefully you didn't get hacked or anything like that, and it's something simpler -- one time my bank flagged a transaction as suspicious because I ordered something from overseas. I had missed an email alerting me, but it was easily cleared up once I went to the bank. Good luck!

And they cannot reach you , they close your account. My suspicious purchase was a wool sweater from England. I had to get a whole new card and new number. I’ve learned that if I order something out of the US to not use my local bank card but a major card.
