Oh how I love days like this.

It's about 5 degrees out there.

I've spent the past week running errands, ordering custom sized new window shades (which a a stressful activity in itself due to having to effectively communicate exact measurements to the supplier), throwing my back out installing said window shades (trying to drill through oak with a regular drill overhead, having a drill bit detach from the drill and taking 30 minutes carefully to back it out of the wood with some vice-grips without snapping the bit, resorting to using a hammer drill instead), getting in a minor physical altercation, shoveling out from 16 inches of snow, shoveling my neighbor out, cleaning my garage, cleaning bathrooms, doing my taxes (I'm only waiting on one more 1099 to arrive, then I'll submit them), deleting 112,000 old emails, on and on and on.

So today is a day when all my shit is done, it's cold out and I don't have to do a thing.

So I'm going to smoke a joint, sit back in the recliner, and listen to some music all day under two heavy quilts.

Days like this happen about once every two years, so I'm going to take advantage of it.

You all have a nice day.

allow me to recommend The Grateful Dead and Ween. I think you'll enjoy their body of work!
