Gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and club soda stirred together in a tall ice-filled glass. Yummy!
Very much a summer on the verandah kind of cocktail, Im having one at the ass-end of February because I always enjoy one, no matter the time of year.
Im really liking my bottle of Hendricks gin. I thought nothing could be as good as Botanist. But its a terrific gin. It has the usual aromatics, but its also a little sweet. Havent encountered a gin with that quality before.
I woke up crying this morning. History repeats. And the repetition sucks. Times like these call for alcohol.

I knew a 101st Airborne guy (since deceased) who lost both legs in Grenada from friendly fire. Grenada?!?!?
I think Ill have another 🍷

They were drinking Tom Collins and he had too many. For a very light drinker, it didn't take many to get him hungover.
Never drank another TC after that.

My family and I are in a literal fantasy world- Walt Disney World. We may never have this chance again. Our (when I say our, I mean the entire population of the US and probably the world) entire life has changed in ways we cannot foresee or comprehend.
