I sit down, take a deep breath, and HOLD IT as long as I can. Blow it out, and repeat!

It has never failed me. And you don't need anything else. I believe that holding your breath stretches the nerve and helps it relax. Of course, the sooner you do this, the faster the hiccups go away.

I hear them hiccuping. And I pull out my wallet and show them a single dollar bill. And I tell them if you hiccup one more time, I will give you this dollar.
No more hiccups.
Has worked every time.

Put a drop of bitters on the tongue. Hiccups stop, instantly!
