North Little Rock School District brings millage increase to special election vote
NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — People in North Little Rock have been getting ready for a special election.
Starting May 6, 2025, voters will be able to weigh in on a millage increase, which supporters say they need to build a new middle school and fix other buildings.
A brand-new middle school, a renovated Ole Main, and an indoor sports complex are all part of the North Little Rock School District's Capital Improvement Project.
However, all three things come at a high price tag, and that's where the community comes in.
