Former city comptroller talks about primary day

While the race for mayor is top of mind for most voters, there are several other contests New Yorkers should be watching.

As well as in the Bronx, Brooklyn and Manhattan, there are competitive borough president races.

All 51 seats in the City Council are also on the ballot this year.
