More at stake on primary day than just the mayor's race

There’s more at stake on Tuesday than just the race for the mayor.

Voters will see two other citywide offices are up for grabs, three borough president seats, City Council seats, district attorney office and more on their ballot.

The Democratic primary for city comptroller, the city’s chief fiscal officer, is a competitive one, but one of style more than substance. The two leading candidates align on most issues, including their top concern.

“We face a dire threat from Donald Trump,” Manhattan Borough President Mark Levine said in a debate on NY1 earlier this month.
