(And stupid)

We don't fear the salties, the stingers, the sharks, or being swept off rocks while rock fishing by a big wave, or being swept out to sea by a rip current to drown.
Or meet a dinosaur descendent in a rain forest. Or a large testosterone loaded male kangaroo looking for a fight.
Did I mention snakes at all? My bad!

NZers are weak - their most dangerous animal is what, sheep?

Tough or stupid, you decide.
The news is always full of volunteers for a Darwin Award in the summer months.

Kick in to the DU tip jar?

This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.

As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.

Tell me more...
