Bezalel Smotrich says Palestinians will ‘leave in great numbers to third countries’, raising fears of ethnic cleansing

An Israeli government minister has vowed that “Gaza will be entirely destroyed” as a result of an Israeli military victory, and that its Palestinian population will “leave in great numbers to third countries”, raising fears of ethnic cleansing in the occupied territory.

The declaration on Tuesday by the finance minister, Bezalel Smotrich, came a day after Israel’s security cabinet approved a plan for Operation Gideon’s Chariots, which an Israeli official said would entail “the conquest of the Gaza Strip and the holding of the territories”.

The Israeli threats to seize control of the territory permanently has stirred global outrage.

“We strongly oppose the expansion of Israel’s operations,” the UK’s Middle East minister, Hamish Falconer, said. “Any attempt to annex land in Gaza would be unacceptable.”

Palestinians didn't vote in the US elections because they're not US citizens and many of them have never been there. FAFO has a meaning, which you don't seem to get. Not everything in this world is about the US. This crap about US students is tedious and just an excuse not to condemn clear human rights violations by Israel.

They are being enabled and backed up by the current us fascists.

The point is many, who are citizens, and who actively protested against the biden and harris admin - including promoting not voting - are actively responsible for this.

A dem administration would not stand for this. Just because they support Israelsright to exist doesn't mean they support genocide or war crimes.

That cannot be said for the current admin. You get what you vote for, or fail to vote against.

Of course I'm inferring that propal means pro-Palestinian. I am pro-Palestinian as well as pro-Israel. I voted for Kamala. I am pro-anyfuckingthing so that people aren't getting killed for things they didn't do when its not needed. Way more Christians voted for dump than "pro-pal's". Are you this hard on Christians? Do you lump all of them together and say "and to think Christians voted for tsf, or didn't vote at all.....fafo at its height." If you dont, you might want to think why.

Genocide or collective punishment, perish the thought. Why, you ask? It's simple because of some 75 or so hostages, but never mind the 47 hundred (or more) untried Palestinian held in Administrative Detention in Israel.
