Found something that helps with my depression

In addition to medication.

I walk a dog every morning, found the person on the Rover app.

It forces me to get out of bed, and the walking (and the dog) are also a help.

When you find something or someone to care for, that bolsters you and your self-esteem! All good things, I'd say.

Walking uses your muscles and this is great as well.

sitting here drinking my coffee, waiting for her to get out of bed.. not as smokey as yesterday here in Denver. The skies are light blue, it's 67 degrees and the Tylenol and lidocaine are kicking in so ready to walk.

Stephanie Miller will be in my ears in 5 minutes.
