Found a good method for buscuits

I guess this comes from America's Test kitchen.
I have now done it 3 times with good results each time.
Measure you buttermilk and put it is the freezer, 10-15 minutes, measure you butter and melt it.
Pour the melted butter into the really cold buttermilk, stir some with a fork.
Assemble the dry ingredients in your normal manner. While you are doing that the butter will form little globules. Stir with fork and add that to the dry ingredients and combine. Treat the resulting dough like you normally would.
