Working tonight, so I'm having my watercress-mushroom-leek soup when I get home. Should be great with the corn muffins.
Kombucha: Mango.
I want to put in tomatoes and eggplant, but it's still cool here, so I'll just dig the holes, add compost, and wait until the 15th. I have one tomato that wants to go outside so bad that it's taken over my office window!

Vietnamese Tuna Salad Gỏi Cá NgừCombine 1 can of tuna (drained) with shredded carrots, shredded red cabbage, greens, and vermicelli noodles. Toss with a dressing made of fish sauce, lime juice, warm water, garlic, and sugar. Top with peanuts.
Pot of green tea later, maybe with some cookies for dessert.
I made an extra batch of the dressing for salads later this week.
