In today's video I'm breaking down how you can shop at local supply stores to get better quality renovation materials at lower prices.
This guy's pretty good, and makes a strong case for sourcing better as a DIYer, as well as for renovating your home before you sell so you can grab the profit - tax free in many jurisdictions.
