In a few days, I'm going to get a nice wooden box with Holly's ashes in it

and a plate with her paw print and name on it.

I have Bootsy's ashes in an ugly maroon-colored tin can with black paw prints on it and scotch tape over the top. I guess my former vet used a much cheaper cremation service.

each. It really does brink back good memories to just catch a glance of them occasionally, and be reminded of their lives with us.

Are in white tins with red paw prints. And a ceramic paw print from my dog Muzzy.

You could always find a better box or lovely china urn and put Bootsy's ashes in it.

You can get nicely engraved little plaques online, too. I've done that for my furbabies when I didn't like

the box their ashes came in. Something to think about when you feel ready. Sending love and light.
