Lawyers for the Trump administration will be back in court Friday before a federal judge who has been largely stonewalled in his search for detailed information about the governments use of the Alien Enemies Act to deport Venezuelan migrants and alleged gang members.
James E. Boasberg, chief judge for the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, on Thursday called the information the government had provided him over the last several days woefully insufficient.
