Related: About this forumStopped at Mennonite produce stand , puppies and tomatoes
I crave tomatoes and these tomatoes are grown in green house by the mennonites , next month they will have tomatoes from the fields and a lot more veggies. This morning I picked up three huge tomatoes for $1 each, and was overran with love butt wiggles tail wagging and licking by eight half week old shepherd Rottweiler mixes.
The father standing with his two daughters said they are $150 apiece yet for you Ill do $125 as I shop all time in produce season. Take him now pay me later, as I was holding him getting loved lick. I almost did as Im weak I think in the moment then I thought ok my wife would be upset we have three dogs. Yet she would melt in a flash.
So here is the plan after my wife and my eye appointments today, will have our romantic date eating in the car. And then Ill stop to buy some green bell peppers and cantaloupes , and say look at these furry guys dear and hand her the one pup with yellow collar that was loving me. Yes on way home I punched out $200 from the atm.

(42,036 posts)Do they often have puppies for sale? If so, you may want to check out the dire puppy mill crisis.

(7,631 posts)Hope this works out well for you. Mennonites are a little different breed. Amish treat animals poorly, inbreeding and disease are problems here.
