Bette Nesmith Graham

As an executive secretary at Texas Bank and Trust, Ms. Graham invented what would later become Liquid Paper. She started commercially selling her product in 1956. She later sold the company she started for almost $50 million.

Her other notable creation is her son, Michael Nesmith, former Monkee and producer.
