I guess SF has gone down hill since forty years ago when I had an accident claim with them and they settled it in a few months. Maybe there are having financial trouble or the 1% is extracting all the money then can out of the firm???

They spend tons of money on advertising and then make their customers sue to get what was promised…. It’s really sad as they were a great company at one time and a real enhancement to McLean county ( the home of State Farm)
