I have said this before, but it bears repeating. When you receive your ballot, fill it in early and drive it to a polling station yourself. Do NOT rely on the post office. With this new information, if you don't receive your ballot when you expect it, just vote early. Under NO circumstances should you wait until election day. Too many things could go awry..... your car breaks down, a bomb scare at your polling place, rediculously long lines, you get sick... whatever. Just make sure you vote!
