Popok reports on at least 2 judges of a 3 judge panel ready to rule in favor of Senator Mark Kelly (D. Ariz) to block Trump Sec of Defense Pete Hegseth from punishing him as a retired, decorated naval war hero, for participating in a public service video to remind them of their oath, and not to follow illegal commands.

If it were illegal to say don't follow illegal commands, then it would be legal to say follow illegal commands.
