I don't think even SCOTUS will back him on attempting to censor the press.

They stretched and distorted the Constitutional language on the immunity issue because Presidential immunity for official acts had always been in place. What they didn't do was clarify unofficial personal acts...that will remain a decision for the lower courts.

A layman could differentiate a self-serving presidential act from an official act.

But Musk or Zuckerberg deleting Posts telling the Truth is A-OK. Trump doesn't consider that censorship.
