40. Two Thanksgivings this year.

Nov 2017

The first is tomorrow with friends. They're having turkey and all the sides. I'm taking Quorn Tur'ky Roast for myself and anyone else who doesn't want animal flesh, along with the candied sweet potatoes.

The second is on Sunday with my son, and daughter and son-in-law after they get back into town. This one will be a full vegan spread. I'm making a veganized version of my grandmother's apple/sausage stuffing, as well as a vegan cranberry cheesecake.

I hope ALL of you have a wonderful Thanksgiving Weekend!
