classmate thought he was a C/D student. He hired someone to take his SAT. He got into Penn through a friend of his brother. A professor said he was the dumbest student he ever had. In his first term, generals and advisors called him a f'ing idiot. Also in his first term, he corrected his intelligence briefer based upon what Putin was telling him during their nighttime chats. I wouldn't be at all surprised if Putin wasn't calling in his chips, telling him what he needs to do to destroy our govt so he can stay in power indefinitely and Putin can get control of anything that might impede his expansionist dreams.
