are referencing 45 because it was his E.O. that requested "recommendations" from the 2 clowns. However I think a number of Democrats included critiques in their speeches during many of the protests that have gone on this month including the "Hands Off!" ones. I don't have transcripts for the many Democrats who were out there speaking at those events but I expect it came up because such an invocation is a very serious and touchy subject.
