8. Friend was recently hired by FEMA but then FEMA rescinded job offer after she already quit her prior job

so she's trying to get unemployment since she can't get rehired after quitting job at previous private sector employer after giving them notice expecting to go to work for FEMA this month. Have to wonder if FEMA management checked her voter registration and saw she is registered Dem. and of course highly qualified having college degree in environmental sciences.
