In order to strike Iran, IAF will need to cross either the airspace of Jordan and Iraq, or the airspace of Saudi Arabia.

Coming from the Saudis, "risk Israeli strike" can only mean that they have no intention to prevent IAF from crossing their airspace. A sharp contrast to when US bases in Saudi Arabia were used to intercept Iranian missiles aimed at Israel in Saudi airspace.

The Saudis are taking sides, and it ain't with their Muslim brothers in Iran.
