My day2 update

This is going to be short. I did not go for a walk today but I have been up and down, moving around freely. I am hitting 2500 regularly on the incentive machine thingy and I survived my first two sneezes since the surgery. Less pain than I expected.
My weight stayed at 239 and my BS was 102!!!! Yay. BP was 125/70.
I'm feeling really as good as I could want, knowing my limits.
Tomorrow will be a good test as I will walk in the late morning, go for a quick grocery trip early to mid afternoon and then the meeting at seven.
Going to read some, then wind down with some meditation attempts and all to say I hope you had a day that was enriching and fulfilling.
