2. I'm a substitute teacher, and I definitely receive

a lot more than minimum wage (thank goodness). I make what I consider to be a decent salary. The requirements include having a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university (minimum), passing the CBEST exam, a variety of workshops, additional testing (through the agency where I'm employed), and a variety of other prerequisites.

I'm in California and I assume the requirements vary from state to state. (My agency also had health insurance and other benefits).
