2. We Were Driving Along Randolph Rd

Between Rockville Pike and New Hampshire Avenue, coming back from the Pike and Rose area. There were a LOT of dark houses. Interestingly enough, we could see house lights on a few houses in from the main roads. Possibly a different part of the grid handles the neighborhood streets?
