If they're far enough away from the casino, what the hell should they care about it?

The people of Springfield voted, and the numbers in favor were pretty impressive. They know what they want for their city.

And, let's face it...it's not like Springfield isn't already a hellhole of drug activity, drive-by shootings, and other forms of crime...something that's been happening for decades now, in the total absence of the Evil Casinos.

Anyone against the casino on account of the "social problem" issue really needs to mind his or her own business.
