1. Do states have good and bad reputations for their drivers?

Do they have characteristics? MA and NJ sometimes they don't stop for stop signs.

"Jersey driver" was always an epithet in my household, but I've seen some maneuvers from NY and several other northeast and mid-Atlantic states as well. VA guy blew past me doing the speed limit last week, blowing his horn as he passed on the double yellow and doing about 75.
