Yesterday at a suburban MO-DMV, I was first in line when they opened---and STILL had to wait an hour and a half to be served, because they didn't tell me I could schedule in advance with an app I don't have (and never heard of) on a cellphone I don't have. Other people had it worse. At least I knew exactly what I needed to bring in, and had it all in order.
