I agree with the NASCAR reference. On my morning commute, I would get into the left lane and follow the car in front. Usually I would go 75-80 in fairly thick traffic. It's amazing there weren't more wrecks. Yet somehow, their insurance was always cheaper than the surrounding states. Whatever system they had was working well. Now I live in Atlanta. We do not go anywhere fast during rush hour.
