But what I don't understand is the nebulous relationship between Milei and high ranking members of the Heritage Foundation, or exactly how Argentina became the testing ground for a Project 2025-type program. Is the Heritage Foundation using Milei and Argentina? What does Milei get out of it? Or is it totally the reverse, where the Heritage guys looked over at Argentina and realized he was basically doing Project 2025 and visited him and gave their support, watching events unfold in Argentina like they were watching a rat in an experiment?

How far does the Milei-Heritage relationship go back? Was Milei "groomed" by American GOP MAGA to get into office?

Also, what was the involvement of Peter Thiel? Maybe all of this has been written about by reporters and I simply somehow didn't see it.
