3. Where we work there is a faculty member who is openly gay.

He has a degree from an Ivy League school and is being forced out before his tenure time is even completed. It is more than wrong, but it is real.

Women on campus, especially in male dominated areas like science and engineering struggle every single day.

For what is is worth, our campus is better than the other 3 we have been on.
