That is why Secs. of State Clinton, Kerry, and Blinken* were so good they understood
that diplomatic negotiations done correctly are done by adults with very little publicity.

* Blinken had it tough with Israel, Russia, Ukraine, and those Russian friendly republicans
in Congress who actively worked to hurt Ukraine’s war against the Russian invasion of its
lands and its crimes against the Ukrainian People.
