Meeting with my (new) oncologist this afternoon

5. Alas, no major new info

was bringing him up to date. He needs to research more exactly what has been (or not been) done and why (or why not); things have been a bit hectic since my oncologist left and the replacement's only been there for a week (I'm working with the one that was partnered with my old one). We're going to discuss this a bit more in the next few days, whether we want to revisit treatment options or not. However, since we had to stop the old treatment because, among other things, it was trashing my platelets, I don't know that he'll have any info or not, and I also don't know if I could continue to work if we do resume, so lots of questions to be answered still.
